TERMITES ATE MY BOOK!!!

I’ve heard of Bookworms and dogs that eat homework, but never Book termites!! Seriously though, this really did happen! Honest. And I’ve got a picture to prove it.

Just this morning one of my readers emailed to tell me. She’d read In Green Pastures, really enjoyed it and sent a copy to her daughter who lives in Zambia.

Having left the book on her bedside table, the daughter came home to find it almost entirely devoured by book-hungry insects.

“She thinks your book was printed on very good paper and especially succulent,” my reader said.

I bet that’s a compliment the folks at Austin Macauley haven’t had before.
